SHIPPING INFORMATION
BALMA FASHION Online orders are shipped on business days (Sunday - Thursday, excluding major holidays).
Some shipments contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.
We ship to these countries only (Kuwait – Bahrain – Qatar - UAE – Oman – KSA)
Note:
Once you place an order, it may take 1-2 days to clear/post the payment in our bank account then we will fulfil your order.A signature required upon delivery.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY
All shipments required a signature upon delivery.
Whether delivery address belongs to you or your mail forwarder we request you to refuse any packages that arrive damaged & missing.
CUSTOM & CLEARANCE
Except for Kuwait country, all orders are excluded international (TAX – VAT.) and it’s required to pay customs charges as well as any associated import tax, VAT, or duties as required by your local jurisdiction.

RETURNS
BALMA FASHION is committed to your complete satisfaction and enjoyment of your purchase. We offer a hassle-free, 3 Days return policy.
For any product with the non-removable BALMA FASHION tag still attached, BALMA FASHION will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
All payments will be refunded in KWD currency, less bank service fees, charges or rates fluctuations and less shipping fees 6.25 KWD. (20 USD) each.
Refunds will be processed after inspection by our sales team. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been personalized or engraved or if it’s not in the condition in which it was sold, including all boxes, books, papers, hang tags, stickers, etc
Steps for Returns:
First, contact your BALMA FASHION Client Advisor within 3 days from the date of shipment received to request a return authorization number.
To ensure that your returns fully insured during transit follow below instructions: -
- Print out your shipping label.
- Grab two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
- Pack your returns along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box.
- Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.
- Tape the shipping label to the outer box.
Be sure to include all original contents in your return package, including the boxes, books, papers, hang tags, stickers, etc...
